My family have a little ‘Shack’ in east Gippsland, Victoria. It’s a humble abode tucked into the forest near Mt Moornapa. The surroundings offer endless inspiration for my artwork. GIPPSLAND No.2 is a scene not uncommon in farming areas of Australia. Extra produce such as eggs and vegetables are left for passers by to purchase. How wonderful to see that this kind of honesty system still has a place.
