artist description

My family have a little ‘Shack’ in east Gippsland, Victoria. It’s a humble abode tucked into the forest near Mt Moornapa. The surroundings offer endless inspiration for my artwork. GIPPSLAND No.4 is of one of Freestone Creek’s many swimming holes. This particular one is a favorite being a short walk from our shack. There’s something quite magical about swimming in a fresh water creek, surrounded by forest and the sounds of the bush.
